Our Mission

Thank you for stopping by. My life journey has taken me to many places around the world. Along the way, my mother, Anna Spanek passed along to me the Spanek Vertical Chicken and Duck Roaster invention, to which I added the other poultry sizes as time moved on.

And during those travels being an ambassador for the Spanek Vertical Roaster™, I’ve met many many wonderful and interesting people. And in those meeting we shared thoughts, ideas and ourselves. We taught and shared with each other our love of food, wine, art, real estate and much more. Once you have something wonderfulto share with folks, they share back their level of expertise. It’s been a blessed journey.

I’ve passed along much that I’ve learned from those eclectic friends to my son, Sean. And with his own bit of ‘Spanek Magic’ he’s become the co-partners of Sportstar Relocation, specializing in relocating high value athletes in all Pro Sports such as Football, Baseball, Soccer, Hockey, Basketball and others. As well as today, running the Real Estate division at Spanek Inc. RE, with great builder relationships all around the greater San Francisco Bay Area.

In my senior years, I’m focusing on help others in my age group to move to new locations, perhaps downsizing, without losing much in tax dollars and keeping most or all of their accrued equity. Or perhaps they want to stay in their current home and want to focus on passing much of what they earned to their children. In any case, with my background in business and real estate, I’m here to help.
